2.Commitment to Excellence
• Quality of Education:Members shall strive to provide high-quality educational programs and services,ensuring that academic standards are maintained and continuously improved.
• Professional Development:Encourage and support the professional growth of faculty and staff through training,workshops,and opportunities for advancement.
• Innovation and Research:Promote innovation and research activities that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the betterment of society.
3.Integrity and Ethical Behavior
• Honesty:All communications,reports,and representations made on behalf of the Alliance must be truthful and accurate.
• Transparency:Maintain transparency in all dealings,including financial matters,decision-making processes,and the sharing of information.
• Conflict of Interest:Avoid any situation that may create a conflict of interest.Members and staff must disclose any potential conflicts and recuse themselves from related decisions when necessary.
