Application submission deadline

March 1 and September 1 each year are the centralized acceptance deadlines，The preliminary review of the materials will be initiated within 5 working days after the deadline.

The initial review of the materials is completed

The initial review results will be notified by email and system.If the material is incomplete, guidance on supplementary materials will be given.

Expert review begins

A review team consists of 5-7 experts from related fields. Experts will complete the material review within 15 working days.

Field inspection arrangements

Arrange the inspection itinerary according to the location of the application institution.Field visits are usually completed within 1-2 working days.

Review resolution formed

Convene a meeting of the evaluation committee and vote to decide the evaluation results.The review results are divided into four levels: excellent, good, qualified and unqualified.

Result announcement and certificate issuance

The review results will be announced on the alliance official website for 7 working days.After the public announcement is made, the certificate will be issued within 10 working days.

The review is divided into different types such as comprehensive, professional and special categories. The application institution can choose the corresponding review type based on its own positioning.

The review fee varies according to the type and size of the application institution, generally between RMB 5,000 and RMB 20,000. The specific fee standards can be checked in the application system. The payment method supports various methods such as online payment and bank transfer. After successful payment, a formal invoice will be issued.

The validity period of the review results is 5 years. Within 12 months before the expiration of the validity period, the institution must apply for review again.
