Welcome to the IAPUC Verification Portal. Here you can verify the authenticity of documents issued by the International Association of Private Universities and Colleges.
We offer two verification options:
- Upload your certificate in PDF format. The system will complete the verification automatically. This is the most secure method and recommended if you have the PDF file.
- Enter your Credential ID manually.
Please note that the Credential ID is different from the Registration Number (Reg. No.). Detailed guidelines and access links are provided below.
Where can I find the Credential ID?
We issue membership certificates, certification credentials and corresponding dedicated webpages to both institutional and individual members (see samples). Institutional members are entitled to present the certificates on their official websites in three formats: dedicated webpage link, PDF file and image. Full guidelines for finding your membership or certification Credential ID are stated below.
On the PDF/JPG Version of the Certificate:
The Credential ID appears in the bottom-left corner of the certificate file.
On the Web Version of the Certificate:
You may find the Credential ID at the center of the page, underneath the name of the issuing institution. (See sample)
On the certificate webpage:
The Credential ID can be retrieved from the certificate webpage URL. It corresponds to the final 15-digit sequence in the link.
Where can I verify my membership and certification credentials?
Two certificate verification methods are available: upload your certificate in PDF format, or search by entering your Credential ID. Please select your preferred method and click the corresponding button below to continue.

Locate and enter the Credential ID shown in the PDF file for quick verification.

If you cannot locate your Credential ID, simply upload your PDF document, and the system will automatically retrieve it for you.
