  • Event Relevance
Submissions must focus on e-learning, educational technology, digital pedagogy, online education quality assurance, and other relevant fields that drive the development of private higher education. Events aligned with IAPUC’s three core pillars — Mission-Driven, Outcome-Based, and Performance Excellence— receive priority consideration.
  • Comprehensive Event Details
Provide complete and precise event information, including clear educational objectives, well-defined target participants (e.g., faculty members, institutional administrators, researchers, industry professionals), core event themes and topics, as well as verified profiles of confirmed speakers, facilitators, and panellists (where applicable).
  • Date, Time and Venue
Specify the exact event date and time with a standard time zone (e.g., UTC, EST, SGT), full venue particulars (physical addresses for in-person events and platform access details for online events), as well as event duration and a detailed activity schedule.
  • Registration Process
Outline the full registration procedure clearly, including official registration channels, applicable fees (with detailed breakdowns of member, student, and early-bird discounts), registration deadlines, participation confirmation protocols, and pre-event preparation requirements for participants.
  • Organiser Information
Submit valid institutional background information, encompassing the organising entity’s mission and institutional profile, proven experience in hosting relevant academic and educational events, official qualifications, accreditation status, institutional affiliations, and key members of the organising team.
  • Visual Materials
Submit high-resolution, event-relevant visual materials. All graphics and images must be fully copyright-compliant and legally licensed. Visual content shall maintain a professional, academic tone, serve purely for event showcase (without commercial promotion), and comply strictly with official branding guidelines when displaying institutional logos and accreditation marks.
  • Contact Information
Designate a dedicated contact person or administrative office, and provide valid email and telephone contacts to address participant enquiries regarding event registration, attendance, and other related matters.
  • Non-promotional Focus
All submissions must prioritize educational value, professional development outcomes, and institutional quality enhancement. Content of a purely commercial, sales-oriented, or promotional nature will be rejected. All event content must uphold academic integrity and the advancement of professional knowledge.

Additional Considerations

The following supplementary standards must be observed to ensure event accessibility, standardisation and compliance:

Supplementary Item

Compliance Requirement

Accessibility Arrangements

Provide inclusive services for disabled participants, including captioning, venue accessibility and interpretation services

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clearly define cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, processing procedures and event adjustment rules

Language Standard

All submission materials in formal English; non-English events require English documents and complete accessibility notes

IAPUC Standard Compliance

Fully adhere to IAPUC academic ethics and quality management official documents

  • Accessibility Arrangements
Specify inclusive support services for participants with disabilities, including online captioning and transcription, accessibility facilities for in-person venues, and real-time language interpretation services (where applicable).
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clearly stipulate the official terms governing event cancellation, postponement, and refunds, including penalty-free cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility criteria, formal processing procedures, and protocols for organiser-initiated event adjustments.
  • Language Standard
All submission documents must be written in formal, professional English. Submissions in other languages will not be accepted. Events delivered in non-English languages may still be promoted, provided all submission materials are presented in English and comprehensive accessibility support arrangements are fully documented.
  • Compliance with IAPUC Standards
Event organisers certify that all submitted events fully comply with IAPUC’s ethical norms and quality standards, as defined in the IQA Certification Academic Ethics and Code of Conduct(IAPUC/ETH-2026-001) and the IQA Academic Quality Standards Manual (IAPUC/IQA-CORE-2026-004). Organisers are required to review these documents thoroughly prior to submission.
