In the event of any discrepancy between the term definitions in individual documents and those stipulated herein, the provisions of this Glossary shall prevail. Terms not covered in this Glossary may be defined separately in respective documents, subject to review and inclusion by the Terminology Management Committee (established under the leadership of the Chief Quality Officer’s Office) in subsequent revisions.
