About IAPUC
The International Association of Private Universities and Colleges (IAPUC) is the world’s first and only international, non-profit association dedicated exclusively to private higher education institutions. Incorporated in Colorado, USA, on February 16, 2025, IAPUC serves a growing global network of private universities, colleges, and higher education institutions across 37 countries.
IAPUC’s core mission is to provide a globally recognized quality benchmark for private institutions through its Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Accreditation System. Built upon three pillars—Mission-Driven, Outcomes-Based, and Performance Excellence—the IQA system covers all academic disciplines, including Business, Engineering, Humanities, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Arts, Health Sciences, Education, Law, and Computer Science.
As the global launch of the IQA Accreditation System approaches, IAPUC is building a worldwide volunteer network to support foundational work in regional liaison, event organization, translation, communications, and administrative coordination. We invite individuals who share our commitment to the value of private higher education and possess cross-cultural communication skills to join our volunteer team.
About the Volunteer Program
The IAPUC Global Volunteer Program aims to bring together talented professionals from around the world to advance the cause of quality assurance in private higher education. Under the coordination of the IAPUC Secretariat, volunteers will participate in the association’s daily operations, external liaison, event organization, translation services, and administrative support according to their regional location and areas of expertise.
As an IAPUC volunteer, you will become a member of the global private higher education quality assurance community, working alongside professionals from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds to contribute to the advancement of quality in private higher education worldwide. Serving as an IAPUC volunteer is not only an honor but also a valuable opportunity to engage deeply in international education governance.

Volunteer Responsibilities Overview

Q: How long is the service period?
A: The minimum service period is 6 months, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement. Weekly service commitment is generally 5-10 hours.
Q: How do online volunteers carry out their work?
A: Online volunteers work through IAPUC’s online collaboration platforms, engaging in document processing, translation, content editing, data analysis, and online event support. All work is conducted remotely.
Q: Is there a possibility of transitioning from volunteer to full-time staff?
A: IAPUC welcomes outstanding volunteers to apply for formal positions when vacancies arise. Volunteer experience will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
Q: Can I apply if my second language is not listed above?
A: Yes. If you are proficient in English and another language with practical value for IAPUC’s work (such as Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.), we welcome your application. Please describe your language skills and their relevance to IAPUC’s work in your cover letter.
